Today and every challenge Sunday's is: Calm. We are going to begin with a modified meditation, if you meditate then feel free to change it to whatever is more comfortable for you.
Begin by going somewhere calm, comforting, and relaxing. Find a comfortable posture and shut your eyes for a moment and just breathe. Let yourself go for a moment without thinking and just focus on your breathing. Once your ready open your eyes an just look and listen without judgement or reverting back into the thoughts that go through your mind, just focus on looking at your surroundings.
